Now that's a classy little machine!
I'm not sure whether the Casio Fx-602p is the first alphanumeric programmable calculator from Casio. Casio also released the Fx-501p, Fx-502p and Fx-601p.
I think that the fx-501 and 502 only had a LCD bars display, and not an alphanumeric display. The Fx-6xx range would then be te first family of alphanumeric machines from Casio. I'm not sure however, whether the 601 was actually released before the 602 as it's name suggests...
However, the Fx-602P is definitely a cool machine, with a powerful, and somehow assembler-like programming language; an impressive memory for it's time, and a classy vintage feeling!
