    What's new in my arcade pages?

    Sunday, sep. 19th : 2 more arcade maps
    Added the Galivan and Kiki Kaikai levels one to the Arcade games maps page.

    Wednesday, sep. 1st : Outzone Worship Page updated
    Added the The Outzone Worship Page receives a few new pages, as well as a new level map. The maps page has been updated as well.

    Wednesday, feb. 25th : Valtric map + new home page
    Added the Valtric level 1 map to the Arcade Games Maps page. Also changed the arcade home page to the new weblog flavor.

    Arcade Worship Pages
     
    The arcade worship pages honor the 20th century games i like(d) the most. Some of them are "cult" arcade games, some of them are obscure; they all are vintage now and deserve their place on the web just to remember their place in the video game history!

    The Outzone Worship Page : Dedicated to Toaplan Best Game ever! As for gameplay and atmosphere, OutZone can be described as a Sci-Fi version of the popular "Ikari Warriors" from SNK. Technically and graphically, it is way better; both because hardware evolved between the release of the two games, and also because Toaplan became master in the art of creating Shooter. Outzone is one of their most impressive games, either graphically and as a gaming experience. The OutZone Worship pages is my online shrine for this game!

    The R-Type Worship Page : R-Type was certainly a revolution in the back-then-crowdy shoot'em'up world. It came up with a brilliant gameplay, innovative features that were to be copied and re-used in many following games; and the R-Type Saga lasted until 2003, when IREM planned to release the last episode "R-Type Final". The R-Type family is now rich of 8 versions : R-Type, R-Type II and R-Type Leo in the arcades; R-Type 3, Super R-Type, R-Type Delta, R-Type DX and finally R-Type Final on home systems. This Worship page is dedicated to the very first step of this success story.
