Thursday, december 11th : Janperson page added
Created a Janperson gallery and story page in the gallery section. Check it out to know more about this MEtal Hero from the early 90's!

Tuesday, december 9th : Video games metal heroes added
Created a new page dedicated to a few video game original metal heroes. This page is the first step to serious update of the gallery section.

This feature will soon be available

    My Tokusatsu Toys Collection
Here is a small set of Metal Heroes figures i have gathered through the years. The page is not up-to-date, photos are old and i have a few more figures than what's presented in the page; i'll try and complete the list some day!
I focus on "small" figures (under 20 cm) but in some cases, i've bought much larger ones that i will also (some day!) add to the page.

    Space Sheriff GAVAN
I'm very proud of this one! It is the hero that started the metal heroes style, and it is also a pretty rare toy. As i've found this one, i complete the set of the three "space sheriffs".
Here are the two others :

Sharivan and Spielvan, which appeared after Gavan as the next Space Sheriff. Just like the Gavan toy, Sharivan is also a high quality toy

    The complete WINSPECTOR team
From left to right : Bikle-tector, Fire-tector and Walter-tector. The red fire-tector is the only human in the team, the two others are robots.
Those toys are interesting because they offer "clip-on" armors that fit on the characters. You may notice on the picture that the red one has a pink neck, this is because the figure inside has a human head, where the others have black robot heads.

Mobile detective JIBAN is some japanese version of robocop.

ROBORIDER is the most "metal hero" of the Kamen Rider family. I've also added to the collection a most common Kamen Rider, but i think it doesn't really fits the metal hero style.

BLUE SWAT is actually a team of 3 crime fighters, i only own one figure of these. They all look pretty much alike, so i do not feel like getting any more of these. They stand a little bit apart in the metal hero family, in that they are not a "metal" as most, and i've even seen some pictures where they appear bare handed or with helmet leaving parts of the face uncovered.
I have also seen another Blue Swat toy with removable armor parts, like the Winspector figures. Interesting, but i did not get it as i'm ok with this one figure for now!

    CHANGERION
I've learned all i know about him with Google. Just today, i've learned a little more from this french page.
I usually don't like figures with transparent parts, but i liked this one and i've just learned why it's transparent : simply because it's supposed to be made of crystal! The japanese title "Chokô Senshi Changerion" translates "Changerion the Crystal Warrior". He is supposed to have acquired his battle powers from a crystal.
    The figure is cool!

    Older pictures from my collection
On the front are two WINSPECTOR toys. Fire Tector on the left and Bikle Tector on the right. I just miss Walter Tector to have the complete Winspector team...
Behind the two Winspector guys are two KAMEN RIDERS. I just bought those for fun, but i really dont think they are as cool as real metal heroes! (Which they are actually not!).

On the right : Mobile Detective JIBAN. On the left, the Kamen Rider that was partially hidden on the previous image. It's much closer to a metal Heroe than normal Kamen Riders. I've heard the show where he appears didnt have as much success as the other ones, so it's a unique attempt in the KamenRider history...
