    My Robotech Models Collection

The Robotech show was created from the gathering of 3 japanese shows : Macross, The Southern Cross, and Mospeada. When adapted in the USA, the 3 shows were partially re-written so that the three of them would fit into a larger story involving several generations.

    Robotech : UN-SPACY Forces

These Robotech models are from the first era : the Macross show. The UN-SPACY is the human coalition, they use a technology developped from an alien spaceship that crashed on the earth. This picture is poorly taken, lots of the models are partially hidden by others... The white robots in the background are "Variable Fighters" (VF, or Walkyries), they can change between 3 battle modes : robots, jet, and "Gerwalk" (a mix of both). Usually, the models only offer one form; but i do own that can be changed into any of the 3 modes.
So, on this picture; from left to right : two super-deformed VF fighters, with the Human mother ship SDF-1 in the middle, then 3 mechas all hidding each other; from the background to the foreground : a VF-1 fighter in robot ("battloid") mode; a VF-1 fighter in "Gerwalk" mode, and a Destroid Phalanx missile launcher. on the right, background : the transformable VF-1 fighter; foreground : a Destroid Monster.
I ought to change that picture anyway...

Above is a larger picture of the VF1-J model. This model is not transformable. Unfortunaly, i've lost one of the antennas, making the head look a little weird...

    ZENTRAEDII FLEET

Zentraedii are the alien ennemies. Their bodies are are big as human robot fighters; and their mechas are then just much bigger than the human's.
From left to right : 3 battle pods; with the commander type in front (red canopy, big on top). Foreground from the commander type pod; the female battle pod "Queadluun-Rau"; one of the greatest japanese mecha ever, in my opinion (Check the "Robotech page" for a larger scan). In the background, a green reconnaissance vehicle; and in the foreground, 4 alien spaceships. On can compare the side of them to the Human mothership : the SDF-1 mothership is the small grey thing below one of the alien vessels.
